While we do not have allergen-free facilities and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, there are steps you can take to minimize the risk of exposure.
Many of UBCO's food service locations have tools like icons, allergen lists, and other nutrition information to help you make educated choices about the foodyou eat.

Manager, Nutrition and Wellbeing
Julie Stachiw is a Registered Dietitian (RD) who is passionate about creating a supportive food environment to assist with health and wellbeing outcomes.
She has worked in a variety of RD roles, has been involved in community, regional, provincial, and national initiatives, and is experienced in program and project management. Julie loves food and believes in the power of food to enhance lives and improve health. She loves being a part of the exciting food and nutrition world at UBCO – be sure to connect with her!
