How We Deliver
UBCO Food Services is a 100% self-funded, ancillary department, comprising of three major business segments:
All-Access Dining
Pritchard Dining Hall offers all-you-care-to-eat dining seven days a week during the academic year.
Retail Operations
8 other campus locations, including cafés, bistros, eateries and franchise locations on UBCO campus. Learn more.
Meet Brad Vigue
Executive Chef
Brad is a seasoned culinary veteran with a passion for food sustainability and wholesome ingredients, and who recognizes the power of food in bringing people together. Growing up in Okanagan, food and the kitchen were the centre of activity for Brad’s family. After finishing his degree in biology and psychology at the University of Victoria, he attended the Culinary Institute of America and Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, and worked for the Vancouver Aquarium, Bridges Restaurant and the Vancouver Canucks, before joining UBC. An avid gardener and food grower, Brad relishes the opportunity to positively impact the food service industry in areas of sustainability, biodiversity and education, as well as the chance to support and promote local growers and farmers.
